This pattern is directly related to zap-zap-zip in its siteswap (2x zap-zap-zip and one flip).

It introduces a flip into the patterns while still being quite similar to Zap zap zip

Pre-requisite Patterns

Distributing the throws unto two passers gives us the already known "zap, zap, zip" sequence, then "zap, zip", then we mirror the pattern around with a "zap, flip". The repetition of 3 (or 4 counting the 1st zap) zaps going to the same hand in a 2-count like fashion makes the pattern kind of easy to remember despite the long(ish) period of 7.

Sequence: A starts with 2 clubs and has crossing passes, B starts with 2 clubs and has straight passes.

A 1|1: zap, zip, zap, flip, zap, zap, zip
B 1|1: zap, zap, zip, zap, zip, zap, flip
